Ian Fisher Posted July 29, 2011 Share Posted July 29, 2011 As you do, I was driving past Hattons yesterday and popped in for a chat and a look at the new Peco steel sleeper based flexi track in finescale 00/HO. As with all finescale its code 75 but this is FB profile rail, which should be more like code 82/83. Peco I think have done an outstanding job on the new tooling only wish they would have a go at EM and 18.83. The sleeper proportions look like they would match Exactoscales baes and compare well if they should to Colin Craigs excellent refence works on FB track. I bought two lengths and have already had a think about how maybe it could be possible to cut em down and look at setting them to EM. I guess the easy option would be to have ballast built up on top over "the gap". Well I am going to have a go on a short length and see how it goes... Well worth the £3!
