Bachmann Class 37 - 37 239 Railfreight Coal Sector - Which Type of Chassis?

Just wondering which type of Chassis this one had

 

Thinking of getting a repainted body off ebay and wonder if a current 37/4 Chassis would be OK??

Mike, this loco was released Dec 2007 along with 37035 in Dutch Livery. The chassis required is a DCC 21 pin type, but without switches on underside to operate lighting. Don't know if the current type will do. Hope this helps

Hi,

 

I think the only difference is the buffer shape.

 

The Bachmann 37239 had round buffers, 37/4s have oval.

 

No expert, but thats what I can see differing.
