paulbb
In view of the fact that Heljans O gauge diesel do not come numbered, I was wondering what people used to number their Heljan class 26/33's. I had a look at Fox's site and couldnt see any. There is also the forthcoming class 31 .....
backwaterscotland
Replica do rub down transfers that would suit for both TOPS and pre-TOPS : http://www.replicarailways.co.uk/transfers/o-gauge Andy

Steve, how did you remove the Heljan totems so as not to leave too much of a mark?
Allegheny1600
There are also the comprehensive (if expensive!) sheets by HMRS, available as either pre-TOPS or post-TOPS! Surprised no ones mentioned them yet, are they okay? Cheers, John E.
Ressaldar
Steve, how did you remove the Heljan totems so as not to leave too much of a mark? Hi Brian, I use a dab of meths applied with a cotton bud, followed after a few minutes with a carefull application of a scratch brush - no failures up to now (thankfully) - see you at Telford over the weekend. Paul, you could also try Precission Labels - they do a good range and a 'custom' service for TOPS data panels and Depot panels. (just a very satisfied customer) cheers Mike
steve fay
Same method as above or my wifes nail varnish remover pads (when she's not looking) All of my locos get weathered so any marks get covered. I've found that the Heljan transfers come off quite easily though.
