Adams442T
Just picked up a (relatively) cheap Hornby T9 on ebay, wide cab, water cart tender. Plan to retro it to LSWR 312, as built in 1901 at Nine Elms. Not worried about smokebox / waterfeed, etc. alterations but..............Can anyone recommend a good early type Drummond chimney, preferably brass? bike2steam
If you have trouble getting a brass one, as an alternative I've got a whitemetal one.
nnich
Adams442 For an original T9 you would need an original lipped Drummond chimney as fitted to the M7. Is that what you meant? You can get brass or whitemetal ones from several suppliers including 247 developments and I think Markits do one also http://247developments.co.uk/loco_detailing.html http://www.markits.com Hope this helps Norm
