johnd Posted September 11, 2011 Share Posted September 11, 2011 Heard 46208 the other day and also had a look at the Decoder info sheet on the Hornby web site. If somebody has bought this model and is running it on DCC what are your views on the sound from it, I know it is using the latest ESU decoder. From what I remeber the fireman never stopped shoveling coal but this perhaps could be down to the person running the loco. I waas also told that he understood that somebody had been down to Hornby to show them how to fit speakers properly, how true this is I don't know. Will be interesting to hear views on it.
