Basingstoke MRC Open Day - 17th September

Basingstoke MRC Open Day is this coming weekend, 17th September, from 10am to 5pm. For those who use Sat Nav then the post code of the venue is RG22 5HN. Details can be found at:-

Whilst the club is 2mm/N and 4mm/00 predominately at this time there is an emerging 7mm interest and club members have been discussing options for a 7mm over the last six months. An appropriate topic was started on RM Web earlier this year and an update of that topic can be found at:-

The proposal for a 7mm layout has been prepared as a 3-D simulation model (using Sketchup) and the result can be viewed during the Open Day. Please come along, you never know you may end up offering to build baseboards or lay track.
