(And no, Dapol don't actually pay me to say nice things; they just give me what I consider very good service.) I don't want to give too much detail, in case I create excessive expectations on the part of the entire modelling community. But I have to say my latest exchange with Dapol is right off the top shelf. A product (not bought from them but made by them) went a bit pear-shaped, and like an ass I tampered with it instead of putting in a warranty claim through the seller. In the process I lost a small component. I contacted Dapol direct to see if I could buy a replacement. They are sending me a complete assembly, which includes the component, at no charge for the item or for the postage to Australia.
