Nn3 Track in Code 40 Track gauges required

I am hand building track for an Nn3 layout. I am using code 40 from the 2mmFS shop, I have brought a pair of roller gauges but I feel these are designed for code 30 rail.

Can any one recommend where I can get a new set turned to code 4o standards?

Ideally I would get extras done to sell in my Nn3 product range. The 2mmFS ones also have an area filled down to help around the frog section, any assistance much appreciated.

I did some experimental gauges by adapting the 2mm FS gauges in the lathe. I drilled a hole through the middle to fit a piece of rod I had in stock. I then cut the gauge in half and finished each end to be just on the distance required for 6.5mm gauge. I then stuck everything together with Araldite, making sure the distance between slots was correct first. Worked a treat. I found using Z gauge chassis that 6.6mm gauge works better than 6.5.

If you want to mass produce them, this may not be an option.

Incidentally, C&L sell code 40 with roughly the same head width if anyone doesn't want to join the 2mm SA.
