Dan Griffin Posted October 1, 2011 Share Posted October 1, 2011 having returned from two days at wansford, i must say i t was a good do, again, the 08 arrived and promtly failed but was up and running again by lunch time, the following are just a few shots from the event. and with duke of gloucester still present, there was somthing for everyone. anyone travelling to ride behind the GBRf class 66, its not there, due to GBRf work commitments. 31190 on the table, little and large! DCR 56303 glistening in the sunshine. NCB Class 14, nice weathering! 14029 and the 33 ready for the off. immaculate 20107 and a rather shabby 37503. 45060, a simply fantastic loco in both looks and sound. the gronk under repair. and finally for today one for the steamy fans, 71000, looks superb. all pics copyright to me, a great day is to be had if your going, but take your wallet, unfortunatly its not as cheap as other years. dan Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
