EddieB Posted November 23, 2011 Share Posted November 23, 2011 The article on finding a couple of Basset Lowke wooden mock ups dating from around 1947 is quite interesting, in that one bears a strong similarity to GT3 (and the other may represent a discarded "tank engine" variant of the prototype) which of course was finally built a decade later.
