Wyvern Posted November 2, 2011 Share Posted November 2, 2011 Hi, I have a Bachmann 08 with the Ultrascale P4 conversion pack. I bought the loco with the conversion fitted, but the quatering was out. So I made a quatering jig, re quatered it and pinned the outside cranks to the axles and it runs smoothly - result. I now want to pin the wheels to the axles aswell to avoid them slipping during wheel cleaning. What is the best way to move the wheels on the axles without putting them out of true? I am guessing a wheel puller, but which type would be most suitable. Also how long do you have with loctite 603 before it sets a wheel in position as I have a pot in my modelling stash Many thanks Guy Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
