Class 14 in deepest Lincolnshire

The recent thread on the southern units in Bucks and the talk of the new Heljan and Farish class 14s reminded me of the class 14 which is lying at the former Rippingale station in Lincs.

It's been there for some years now, in company with an 0-4-0 saddle tank and a pile of disused sleepers. The site has always been well kept and my last trip out that way last spring suggested it may be a fledgling private museum but if it is, then progress has been particularly slow.

Anyone know anything of these locos or what the future might hold?

and to quote that site:

"To Rippingale Station (Lincs) 5/03. Reported to have been moved to Barrow Hill in July or August 2006, but seemigly was not. Still at Rippingale station on 14/12/06. Owner states no plans to relocate"

So shamefully, it could still be there rotting away when it could be out keeping lots of Class 14 fans happy.
