Giles
Years ago, I bought a couple of re-engineered Slater's O gauge loco axles (3/16" dia.), which were reduced to 1/8" dia. in the centre - allowing the use of RG4's on O gauge loco's. They were very nicely bored out and threaded - making split axles. Does anyone have any idea who made them, and if they're still obtainable? Thanks Giles

jazz
Has no one else come across these? No, I have never seen these axles. BUT have you talked to Slater's, they are a very helpful bunch.
