BigMal Posted January 2, 2012 Share Posted January 2, 2012 Before you all get excited by the Olympics or even HMQ's Diamond Jubilee remember that the; 50th York Model Railway Show will take place this year The dates - Easter 2012 (7th, 8th and 9th April) The place - Knavesmire Stand, York Racecourse Although Mike Cook is no longer with us, he did select all the layouts and other stands for the 2012 event, so this will be the last York Show organised by Mike. There will be 36 layouts there this year plus the usual demonstrations, Society stands and of course the traders for those special bits. Keep an eye on the York Show web site for the details and Clubs and Societies should get the details by the first week in February all being well.
