Hi Simon I have one on the to-do list, but assuming it has a V3.5 Lok ? (I've not even opened up my 60 048 yet) wiring mods required will/shoud be the same/similar to the RTR sound 56 127 Coal Sec I did for the "Route 56" Model Rail Mag article - Sept 2010 issue. As your also aware, being RTR sound, there's no probs with Hornby's pos/neg wiring commons etc with changing over chassis or bodies etc. HTH Ken Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
Piemanlarger Posted January 23, 2012 Author Share Posted January 23, 2012 Hi Ken, you were right your 56mods work on the 60,pcb seem the same. didthe first 60 (IKB) ok,but for some reason on my second loco (60052 tower) i can only get headlights working on 1 end, no tail. both working on the other end. i have swapped cabs, re-wired, checked, but seems a duff pcb. May have to hard wire? I also enabled Aux 3 as its 21 pin and i can get a cab light working too. only require it at driver end. Thanks Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
