RMweb Premium NGT6 1315 Posted December 6, 2009 RMweb Premium Share Posted December 6, 2009 Evening, I was wondering if any U.S. outline modellers on here might have had a look at a Bachmann Spectrum Santa Fe 4-8-4 engine? The only Spectrum steam engine I ever had a closer look at was one of their Shays, and this did look great. However, I obviously have no idea of how the 4-8-4 and the Shay compare - or the Shay and any other Spectrum steamer, for that matter. Thanks for any opinions you might be able to share with me . I shall make enquiries on your behalf. I've got 4 4 0, 2 6 0, 4 6 0, 4 6 2 2 8 0, 2 8 2 and 2 10 0 Bachmann HO US steam locomotives. My Shay is the ON30 model and that is very nice!
