It seems the problems were due to the supplier having a horse riding accident. The first batch has arrived. Not all parts are in stock at the supplier, and some of my first delivery have sold out already. The supplier assures me that things are rapidly returning to normal and we will be placing another order next week. We are trying to make the website reflect the current stock situation. Iwata have announced price rises of about 10% on most products starting from 1st March. Also we believe that the current additional 10% discount on the Eclipse range will disappear at the same time. We will continue to offer 10% on Iwata Brushes and Compressors, but as we do not hold large stocks so we will increase our prices on 1st March and will not be taking orders at the current prices after 24th February. We are now stocking budget pliers and cutters at £2 each and Expo Pliers and Cutters at £6. As a reminder, we have now extended the hours during which we are able to answer the telephone, with the exceptions of a few major shows where we are all tied up. You can now contact us by telephone, weekdays between 9:30 to 5:00 and also in the evening from 7:00 to 8:30. On Saturdays we are available from 10:00 to 12:00. We now have 2 lines in the office so there should be far fewer problems of the line being engaged. As per the last two years we will be holding out annual open day at the end of June. John Lloyd from Green Scenes will be there demonstrating his Flock-it tool for realistic grass, and no doubt have a range of his products for you to buy.
