cromptonnut
Anyone recommend some urban backscnes for a small N gauge project? The only ones I can find are an industrial one (which isn't suitable) and backs of terraced houses, which also aren't really what I'm looking for. It's basically something like tower blocks etc in the distance and urban sprawl, rather than the usual green and countryside type that you get. South London would be ideal... I might be able to come up with something myself if I can find a high enough vantage point but rather than spend hours doing it I'd rather find something ready made if possible. Ta. Phil Howe
Any on here of any use to you? http://www.newmodellersshop.co.uk/backscenes.htm They've got Gaugemaster and ID here. I've never seen any of the ID backscenes "in the flesh," and on the website they do look a little one-dimensional in comparison, but the 9" high ones may suit your purpose. cromptonnut
Unfortunately none of those are really what I'm looking for - it's looking increasingly like making my own It'd be something like the one used on Cross Street - if that gives any help to anyone.
