RMweb Premium 31A Posted March 6, 2012 RMweb Premium Share Posted March 6, 2012 I spotted an ad for 'Fire Brigade Models' in the April Railway Modeller; a new name to me and as well as fire engines etc., the advert showed some potentially very useful model buildings, but was a bit short on details. Having found their web site, it appears the buildings are card kits, to all appearances of high standard, with metal details; not cheap, but being card rather than resin or similar, would probably lend themselves to modification. http://www.freewebs.com/firebrigademodels/index.html They're new to me and I wondered whether anybody had any experience of these products? Nobby (John) Posted March 6, 2012 Share Posted March 6, 2012 This company as been around for a few years, it was ( probably still is ) started and run by Paul Slade an ex firefighter. He started producing some very nice 4mm kits of fire appliances but expanded into ready made models, figures and obviously now buildings as well.
