Help with an idea and track problem?

Hi

Got a bit of a problem which i need help on, my main part of the layout St Treath is nealry complete and moved on to other end of layout where my spiral is going to take the track to the next level. What im cant decide and dont know if it would be any good so thought id ask. St Treath is set somewhere in Cornwall. The top level of my layout i was thinking of a somerset and Dorset theme would that be a good idea or not to do? If so what track plan could i use or should i keep it free lance? Or do i continue the cornish theme to the next level. ONly reason i thought of S & D is because i can run my midland, western and souther region stock then.

 

ANy help with this would be great cos im terrible at deciding what to put there.
