DavidB-AU
Looking at some photos of Stony Point in Victoria, I thought it had a slight touch of British branch line about it. Any thoughts about how it could be adapted? 1925 diagram http://www.victorian...ypoint1925.html 1967 photo http://www.flickr.com/photos/sclev/6301630684/ 2008 photo when trains were still loco-hauled http://www.flickr.co...N05/3119505029/ http://www.flickr.co...N05/3119505867/ After Sprinters took over http://www.flickr.co...o64/4144051863/ http://www.flickr.co...o64/3433244099/ http://www.flickr.co...o76/5649446950/ The pier and the ferry to Philip Island http://www.flickr.co...o76/5685440546/ Cheers David
RMweb Premium Peter Beckett Posted May 25, 2012 RMweb Premium Share Posted May 25, 2012 David, I just spotted your post. (currently in New Orleans, USA getting my train fix). Its got good possibilties, the turn table and small loco shed no longer there but just up the track is HMAS Cerberus which has/had a triangle for turning locos. I live 10 minutes from both so if you want any photos give a yell and I will get them for you when I get back home. (mid June) Cheers Peter
