Black Sheep
not sure I'd cut it freehand with a dremel, I was considering taking a corner off a building using a razor saw or mitre saw.
cary hill
If you do decide to start hacking Skaledale structures don't forget to protect yourself against breathing in the resin dust as it isn't good for you.
Adrian Wintle
A razor saw or a hacksaw is a better bet for controlability, but there is no real reason you couldn't use a cutting disk. Wear a mask as the dust is very fine and probably toxic. We have modified/adjusted varoius Skaledale structures. Adrian
Kenton
probably toxic. No probable about it - it is very toxic - the fine dust produced in sawing is a severe irritant and under no circumstances should it be breathed in - wear a good quality dust mask. A hand tool would be more advisable than a high speed power tool which will produce and distribute finer particles.
