Hi

I have asked a long time ago but my cad designer is struggling to draw it from the photos given he need a crisp clear photo to get it right.

Thanks in advance and hope one of you can help.

Hugh

Any good? There are quite a few on Paul's website of the SPA's here

Also some of the hooded variants here http://paulbartlett.zenfolio.com/brsparevenueconvert which also show the ASW logo fairly clearly.

Hope this helps

Kind of you to do this, but we have been through all mine some months ago.

Apologies - hadn't seen the original thread.

Have you asked Brian Rolley (br2975 on here) as he's a bit of a walking encyclopedia when it comes to all things ASW (and South Wales railways) related.

Cheers

Why thank you Alastair (the cheque is in the post !)..I've gone through my own collection of photos, and surprisingly there are none of decent quality..I have somewhere a scan of an 'in-house' booklet produced by ASW showing all their internal stock and the 'BR' an 'PO' stock they would encounter most frequently. .I'll try and find the relevant disc this evening..Failing that Hywel Thomas (HGT1972 ?) may be able to help.Brian R

I don't believe it; something to do with railways around Cardiff and Brian doesn't have a photo :)

Cheers,

Due to the wife using the home PC for her business purposes, my search for the ASW publication has been put on hold for a day or so.

.

However I found this on my hard drive at work - and whilst not from a wagon, I'm advised the same logo was used, and enlarged proportionately.

.

Taken 29/03/2009 it is the former ASW wagon shop at Tremorfa.
