dibber25
I'm looking for a simple guide to putting a decoder into a Walthers Trainline GP9 (the cheapie, low-short-hood one, not the new all-singing version). Anyone any ideas? I found a good guide to converting the F40PH and that was simple enough, but I can't find anything similar for the GP9. Colinw62
There is a guide for the Trainline GP9M on the TCS website, the pictures show the low Hood version too. Heres the link; http://www.tcsdcc.com/public_html/Customer_Content/Installation_Pictures/HO_Scale/Walthers/Trainline%20GP9M/Trainline_GP9M.htm Hope this is of help.... long island jack
Chris i've got a couple of them on HELM ,i took the top weight of so as the decoder can sit on top of motor, they only run about light engine, though they can still pull 6-8 boxcars or you can wire as TCS show,as above Ray
