philip-griffiths
I was looking for some information and came across the Wikipedia page for the MTA. That it is where you are directed if you search for the Sirhowy Valley Railway, which is incorrect, is not the point, but I noted a number of major errors on the line diagram. I was wondering if anyone can give guidance as to how to edit these? this is the link to the offending page. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sirhowy_Railway#Background As an academic I tell the students to avoid quoting Wikipedia and it is errors like these that continue my reticence, but I'm coming around to wanting to fix the pages instead of just telling people to avoid them. many thanks regards
Kenton
Excellent to be commended on correcting Wikipedia - that is the spirit that is behind the project. I think, but stand to be corrected, that the panel is simply standard html that is editable. The image is made up of the project elements (which are images or as the project calls them "pictograms". Also check out the page of templates and other pages on the project. Expect any changes to go into a long holding pattern as they are reviewed for eligibility and validity.
