Castle Posted August 8, 2012 Share Posted August 8, 2012 Hi Talisman, Hawksworth Pannier No. 9466 is owned by Dennis Howells (who managed the rstoration of 6023 and the build of the power bogie for Railmotor 93) and is probably on its way back to the Mid Norfolk after accident repair at the South Devon Railway.
