Butler Henderson
Depends on how adhesive they are, some pressfix transfers will stick firmly and not shift, others can be eased about, and if they are of any age may have lost almost all the stickyness. Never really got on with pressfix lining.
Kim
I prefer the Methfix. However you are stuck with Pressfix for lining. They do work well but I have found they suffer from one problem. If you "soak" the backing to get it off, it tends to expand and can make the lines crooked. I use as little water as possible to ease it off and then carefully "rinse" the rest of the glue away later. A piece of damp tissue helps to prees it all down again. Expect the first couple of lines to go wrong until you get used to it. They are great for locos with shorter lines and curved surfaces. I have have aBob Moore pen for coach sides.
