Class77Em2Green
First off, if anyone has discussed this before, can you tell me where another topic like this is on here, and secondly my question. Right I have bought a Bachmann Class 170 (32-451) from SandJ models, and i have tested the locomotive many times, but yet still nothing. So if anyone that also has this problem, or anyone that can help I would be much grateful. Oh and this is my first topic as well Thanks

Class77Em2Green
The lights work just fine, just there is no movement whatsoever And my other locos work perfect, but this one doesn't, which i was really hoping that it would. Oh and it said on the SandJ models website, in as new condition
Suzie
Unless someone has muddled up a couple and given you two unpowered trailers, it sounds like there might be a wire disconnected from the motor. Probably worth having a look inside and check that there are no loose wires. The unit with the motor in is the heavier of the two.
johnpeter3
...and before soldering or trying to fix it, if you are not happy with it then get in touch with S&J and get them to fix it for you or send it back for a refund. JP
steven156
Straight back to the dealer, don't open it up as you'll null any guarantee or warranty.
