DavidB-AU Posted October 4, 2012 Share Posted October 4, 2012 A question from a Queensland cane train modeller about the Hunslet WD 4-6-0T kits. Many of these locos came to Australia and ended up hauling sugar cane in Queensland. The Langley Miniatures site notes the kit requires a Minitrix 2030 (Dampflok BR 24) or Minitrix N205 (Ivatt 2-6-2T) which are only available second hand. Fleischmann now makes a BR 24 with factory DCC and Dapol did a DCC compatible Ivatt 2-6-2T (a quick check shows a few shops still have them in stock).
