BLACK ,Olive GREEN , Yellow , ( not Counting dutch ) Rail track and network rail livery when did they start

Just got the October BRM and in it was a bacchman PRoduct update , in the Departmental section They had OLIVE GREEN and BLACK livery on the wagons and coaches . I Know that The dutch livery was roughly mid eighties to end of British Rail but when did OLIVE Green and the Black livery start ? RAIL TRACK is Pre NETWORK RAIL so 1992 to 2000? NETWORK RAIL 2000-present , YELLOW eighties ?

 

Just trying to expand my knowlage of british railroad history so I can put future buys in right era as i have a mash of Era's .
