Mike Posted December 4, 2012 Share Posted December 4, 2012 Shock Horror, Mikes going 4mm!! I have decided as space is always a problem that I am about to start on a 4mm layout. It will be based on but not an exact copy of Wantage Town upper yard. I did build a model of this years ago when Noah was a lad and as I'm a serial layout builder I just had to do something. I have made a start building point work in code 75 and have assembled the baseboard side frames. the overall size including fiddle yard will be 7ft x 1'6" in old money which will fold in the middle like Spinners End. As soon as there is enough work completed I'll post some photos. Rolling stock will be a 1st generation DMU and small GREEN diesels all fitted with Kadee couplings.
