Sprog
Here are some pictures of my L1 mods: The MX645 decoder. The stay alive caps are wrapped in yellow tape: 210113 0029b.jpg The Loksound 50326 speaker: 210113 0030b.jpg The Hornby wiring to the DCC socket: 130113 L1 DCC socket before tidy.jpg DCC socket after rewire: 210113 0037b.jpg Alan Thanks for these really helpful pics Alan. I am going to have to find a source for those thin speakers as I am in western Canada & the Loksound decoders come from the UK with a rather large round speaker as standard. I'm told that Iphone speakers work well.
pauliebanger
Thanks for these really helpful pics Alan. I am going to have to find a source for those thin speakers as I am in western Canada & the Loksound decoders come from the UK with a rather large round speaker as standard. I'm told that Iphone speakers work well. Decoders with the L1 project loaded and the type of speaker you require can be found here. VAT at 20% will be deducted from the prices shown for overseas customers. Just remove the enclosure to arrive at the 'flat speaker'. Kind regars, Paul
