stock_2007
Hi I have a GENESIS SD70ACe (CSX) which comes with fitted ditch lights, on running it in under DC power I had no problem with the d/lights coming on with the front lights and going off in reverse. I've now fitted a NCE D15SRP decoder as with all my other loco's the lights worked on '0' with the ditch lights working on '1' However it seems the front lights and the d/lights have somehow changed with the d/lights and the rear lights working off '0' and the front lights working off '1'. Is this a case of having to open the loco up to swop the wiring around or is there a way of adjusting the decoder? As always any help is very welcome. Nigelcliffe
Should be possible to fix with CV changes. It is either the function mapping (ie. which output wire is controlled by which function key), or the allocation of lighting behaviours to the output. Function mapping for the keys F0(forwards), F0(reverse), F1, F2, is CV's 33, 34, 35, 36. - Nigel
stock_2007
The more I look at the manual the more I think 'would it be so bad to have the lights like this?' Would be handy on a banking job.
