Michael Delamar
Im looking for any evidence of Brush type 2's on freights on the Woodhead route in the 1960s. the reason for interest is I know they worked into Liverpool Walton CLC shed, the shed closed in 1963 but they may still have continued. but I am trying to establish the route they took and also find any photos. The trains where from Sheffield and the men would lodge overnight nearby. I have a photo of one at Walton shed and have heard many recollections from those who saw them there. many thanks Mike
