Point Template for Offset 3-way

Can anyone please point me (no pun intended) to a template for 3-way offset points? I am working in O scale fine standard. For some reason my internet filter blocks searches for "3-way".

 

I have previous experience in soldered track construction, but templates are proving difficult to obtain.

Hi,

 

In the UK such a turnout is called a "tandem turnout". If you try searching for that you may do better.

 

Alternatively, if you download the Templot program (free) you can print your own templates (although a fully developed tandem does need some experience in using the program):
