RMweb Gold Nickey Line Posted March 25, 2013 RMweb Gold Share Posted March 25, 2013 Some of you may be aware of my Inglenook in 00 - http://www.rmweb.co.uk/community/index.php?/topic/5810-inglenooking-now-known-as-bute-street-goods/?hl=%2Bbute+%2Bstreet - which for one reason or another is temporarily stalled (though fully operational and regularly played with...) Having joined a local club some months ago I thought it was time I got involved in producing something for the club. There's a large O gauge layout, a mid-sized 00 layout and a small N gauge layout, this last one currently under construction, and I've become involved in helping out on this. These scratch-built tunnel mouths are the first items, besides some fettling and trouble-shooting... The close-ups are very cruel! These were built up in card with Metcalfe brick paper (to match existing infrastructure) and detailing from Scalescenes bits and bobs, and are yet to be weathered. There's actually a third one but I neglected to snap that one... might add a pic of them in situ at some stage.
