tomstaf
This is a data panel on an air con MK2. Anyone know what the font is? Cheers Tom
Pugsley
Arial Narrow would be pretty close in terms of the shape of the numbers, or try Helvetica, though you'll probably have to play around with the proportions of that. You'll probably end up drawing the square-ish 'o' in Tons. HTH
108
Hi. That looks like it was engraved into a casting master. The typefaces don't match any of the usual fonts. Check out engravingsupplies on google to perhaps get something close. These typefaces were specials. The 3 is nothing like Arial
Pugsley
I've looked at my font collection (looking at the 3's as well this time ) and have found two that might be suitable: Geometr706 BlkCn BT - This is a bit bold, but the numbers are more or less the right shape Orator Std - This one is a little square, but that probably won't be too obvious Failing that, something from the Grotesque family might do the job. andygif
isn't nearly everything related to Gil Sans in some way on the railways? http://www.rmweb.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=20822 from long long ago....
RMweb Premium cornelius Posted May 16, 2013 RMweb Premium Share Posted May 16, 2013 You want something like Label Gun, but unfortunately most of the typefaces in this style try to replicate the 3d-ness of Dymo labellers. http://myfonts.us/td-gYCsE3
