RSS Fetcher Posted October 14, 2009 Share Posted October 14, 2009 Well after yesterday's mishap with Appledore. I decided to make a start on renumbering my latest T9. Starting out with a narrow cab version (30724), I carried out the bogie mod, swapped the pipes round and adjusted the contacts on the tender wheels. Fitted the detail, removed the cabside numbers and flattened the smokebox numberplate down (has two raised rivets that need to be removed to ensure a good fit of the etched replacement). I fitted the etched plate, applied the new cabside numbers, power classification, shedplate (72A) and early totems (crests). Yes she's 30717, I've also got the smokebox plate for 30718.
