When did the Bachmann Colletts enter service?

 

I've seen 1934, 36 and 38 mentioned so a bit confused.

 

The specific variants modelled by Bachmann are the C77 third (batches built in 1938 and 1940) and the E159 brake compo (don't have the dates handy, but almost certainly 1938). The basic 60'-61' flat-end, large window Collett stock dates from about 1935 (C70 third) through to the early 1940s.
