Hobby
Just back from my annual outing to Central Europe. This year i went to Slovakia to visit two lines, an electric 760mm gauge line which was unfortunately shut and the preserved 760mm forestry line based at Cierny Balog, which wasn't! I also had a quick visit to the CD run 760mm line north of Ostrava in the Czech Republic. Here's some photos: Train arriving at the SG interchange (well the SG station's about 100 yards away!) at Chvatimech hauled by their Mk48 in a livery i recon will be easy to copy! A couple of views along the line including a NG/SG crossover: Arrived at Cierny Balog: M21 Railcar and it's toilet (!): One of the branches through the village: Steamer on shed: Their PA system (yes, really!): A view of the CD train on it's way to Osoblaha:
