dasatcopthorne
After 2.5 years in hibernation, Falcon Road is about to resurface. Lots of missing pictures now, I'm afraid, thanks to the RMweb crash. I've tried re-posting some but it's such a long winded job, I gave up. I will be posting updates to its condition etc. in the next few days along with a few photos to whet you appetites. Here's one for now. dasatcopthorne
As page 1 is a long time ago, here are a few basic layout facts: Track is hand built using Bullhead rail, wooden sleepers, Exactoscale plastic chairs and a gauge of 16.2mm. 00-SF. Track was mostly build on Templot Templates laid in-situ on underlay. Ballast used was Exactoscale dark grey/brown. DCC traction was used from the start, which was 2008. It has appeared a few shows around the Southeast but, like many has lain dormant for a while. Its last outing being Basingstoke 2018.
