Irishswissernie Posted October 9, 2013 Share Posted October 9, 2013 Here is a survey of another NG/SG interchange although in this case the NG passenger services only touched on the edge of the complex crossing over the SG en route to its own station. This has now all changed as the narrow gauge has been diverted from the main road to Aarau to a new interchange station on the site of the old exchange sidings and then via an underpass on to the old standard gauge route to Aarau. The result is that the picturesque character of the old station has now been replaced by another concrete soul less monstrosity which no doubt is more convenient for the traveling public etc but is unlikely to appeal to the modeller! http://www.flickr.com/photos/irishswissernie/10166458566/in/set-72157636346940545 There are 161 photos in the set.
