RMweb Gold TheSignalEngineer Posted October 12, 2013 RMweb Gold Share Posted October 12, 2013 I have a Hornby 4-4-0 in the project box which I intend to renumber 40646 for use on my West Midlands layout. The real one was a bit of a celebrity, working to Darlington on a special on it's last day with a Schools 4-4-0, as well as at least one SLS special. At the end it had plain black livery with the late crest, rear facing on the right hand ride. Has anyone any idea when it received this livery?
