Not my mod, but I thought that it was good to share here. I was going to replace the standard tension-lock couplings on my OO shunting layout with kadee couplings, but I may consider giving this a try, especially since the Bachmann Tension-lock couplings are so much smaller than the ginormous Hornby ones!
