wombatofludham
The Media Archive for Central England (MACE) have re-issued their "To Order" DVD collection of archive Midlands TV reports on railway issues called "Last Train to Woodford Halse" which had previously been uploaded to their Vimeo website to watch on-line. It's £9.99 plus p+p. Also in the same series is "Top Deck Tales" again of old ATV archive news items regarding buses including Walsall trolleybuses and various Midland Red items. For those interested in the Black Country their ATV archive DVD called "The Black Country 1969" is still available. They've also launched a new "Dowload to Own" section where you can purchase MPEG4 downlads of archive items, and there is a section on railways with various films on offer. The MACE website is on http://www.macearchive.org/home.html and navigate to their shop to peruse the items on offer. No connection, just a very happy owner of several of their dvds!
