Heljan issue new cv values for Kestrel lighting

Just had a call from Howes regarding the lights on the Heljan Kestrel. Apparently on dcc the lights are too bright so Heljan have provided some revised cv's for the lighting. These can be found on the Heljan site.

Thanks for this Gordon, I did think that the front headcode lights were a bit bright, so I've already dimmed mine down. Luckily I've put a value of 100 in the appropriate CV's, so that's OK. I've also set the tail lights to work on outputs C & D on a Lenz Silver, so I've now got full independant lighting and thankfully Heljan haven't made things complicated at all. Just snipped the black wires to the tail light circuit and connected the two outputs and away we went.
