Epping Ongar Railway Steam Gala - 6-8th June 2014

Hi all..

 

Just a little information about our Steam Gala in a couple of weeks time.

 

The Epping Ongar railway will have 3 visiting engines along with resident engine, ex-GWR Prairie - No. 4141.

 

The visiting engines will be:

 

Black 5 - No. 45379 - Courtesy of the Watercress Line.

Beattie Well Tank - No. 30585 - Courtesy of the Buckinghamshire Railway Centre

and

Jinty 3F - No. 47406 - Courtesy of the Great Central Railway.

 

With Double headed trains and top and tail trains climbing the Epping bank, along with small engines barking their way to the top of the Marconi bank, it's going to be great..

 

There will of course be the usual RM and RT buses in operation, though I don't know too much about the buses themselves. More information is available on the website at
