This is an interesting vehicle, it is like a bogie version of the big 12T LNWR vans but I do not recall seeing one before, the bogies look like the pattern fitted to LNWR 30T timber wagons. Does anyone know its identity? I wonder if it was built/converted specially for LNWR breakdown trains which usually were made up of old 30ft 6 wheeled coaches.
