WILLIAM Posted July 20, 2014 Share Posted July 20, 2014 I have subscribed to Steam Days Magazine for many years and always considered it to be one of the best quality magazines on the market particularly because of the very limited advertising content. But have others noticed the steady increase in advertising at the expense of photographs & articles since Key Publishing took over publishing in May 2013? When Redgauntlet published the magazine (for over 25 years) each edition typically contained 1 or 2 pages of adverts. The August 2014 edition just released contains 15 pages of adverts between the covers. This may just be commercial reality but this has ruined the quality of the magazine in my opinion.
