Joergen Edgar's N scale modeling

I saw these a while back, and got in contact to discuss how he makes them. Seems like they're made (primarily) from scribed acetate like material and filler! Working on the clear plastic with scribed lines allows for hand painting and flush glazing. I did have a go, but didn't have any luck replicating his technique!

Most impressive - I think he is a professional modelmaker, but most of the models there are his private collection.

Interesting the read that these are at least partly produced using scribed acetate. I've been toying with the idea of using a similar method to produce some Gresley steel panelled stock, looks like there might be some merit in this. :)
